BMI = Weight (kg) ÷ [Height (m)]²
For example, if your weight is 70 kg and your height is 1.70 m, your BMI = 70 ÷ (1.70 × 1.70) = 70 ÷ 2.89 = 24.2. According to WHO guidelines: Under 18.5 = Underweight, 18.5–24.9 = Normal weight, 25–29.9 = Overweight, 30 and above = Obese.
